Felt cutting and sewn construction

Felt tunnels and foraging products start with panel shapes, openings and joining positions. Sewn toys add seam allowance, filling and attachment details. The sample brings these elements together so the dimensions, assembly and finish can be checked before production.

Sewn mats and toy assembly

Foraging mats bring together the backing, folds and pockets; sewn toys add the cover, filling and attached details. The sample review checks stitch attachment, edge finish and access to pockets, alongside label position and finished dimensions.

OEM / ODM

From your brief to production.

Each stage has a clear decision to agree before the next one begins.

  1. 01

    Brief

Share your SKU or idea, market, quantity and customization requirements.

  2. 02

    Feasibility & quote

Review construction, materials, packaging and the scope of development; agree the quotation.

  3. 03

    Sample

Agree what the product and packaging sample should include, its charge and preparation schedule.

  4. 04

    Approval

Record the accepted dimensions, materials, appearance and revisions for the final version.

  5. 05

    Production

Confirm the order quantity, specifications, schedule, payment and inspection arrangements.

  6. 06

    Check & dispatch

Review the agreed checks and packing details; confirm shipment and issue-reporting arrangements.

Plan the schedule before your launch.

Reference preparation windows for routine projects. Confirm the schedule for your exact SKU, quantity and customization in the quotation.

Sample preparation

4–7 working days

From confirmation of the sample brief, artwork and required materials, once the agreed sample arrangements are complete.

Bulk production

10–20 working days

From written sample approval and confirmation of the order, required materials and agreed order conditions.

These are planning estimates for routine projects, not guaranteed arrival dates. New development, material sourcing, revisions, custom packaging and larger orders may need longer. Laboratory testing, transit, customs and public holidays are additional; the agreed order schedule takes precedence.
