What is the minimum order?

Reference MOQs are 100–300 units or sets per SKU. See each product for its minimum; custom colors and packaging are quoted separately.

How much do samples cost?

Sample charges depend on the selected product, customization and delivery requirements. Send your sample brief for an individual quotation.

What determines the lead time?

Routine samples: 4–7 working days after the brief, artwork, materials and sample arrangements are confirmed. Routine bulk production: 10–20 working days after sample approval and the agreed order conditions are met. New development and complex orders may take longer. Testing, shipping and customs are additional; confirm the exact schedule in your quotation.
